Are all Yelena Accessories products made by hand?

All our headpieces are handcrafted from the start to finish in our studio in London and we do not use any pre fabricated products. This is why our accessories are unique and one of a kind. Each floral accessory takes hours of workmanship to create. Every single petal, stamen and leaf is sculpted with skill. Because all designs are made entirely by hand, please expect slight variations from the original samples.

How long does my order take?

Our headpieces are made entirely by hand and each design is made to order. Such detailed craftsmanship takes time, so please allow 2- 3 weeks from when you order to day of delivery. Naturally, more complicated and intricate items may take even longer during busy times.
Upon receipt of your order, I will contact you to confirm order time and the details of your chosen headpiece. If you would like to discuss any special fabric, colours and embellishment or you have any questions about a product, please contact us before undertaking the order.

How my accessory will be shipped?

Each piece will be carefully packed in a special presentation box containing detailed care instructions inside. All packages are shipped to address provided via PayPal.
Orders sent to the UK via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
International orders will be sent via International Signed For
You will receive a tracking number and the parcel will require a signature upon delivery.
Once the item has been posted we are not responsible for delayed, stolen, lost or damaged packages.

Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, all items are final sale.
